Duuudes and Duuudettes,
Sorry I haven't been posting at all. Working at Copps really gets hectic, crazy eh? But I'll fill you in on what I've been doing at Kiss lately..
Oshkosh Pulse:
Soo, I got to go to the Skillet and Superchick concert. It was pretty awesome except for on the way there I got lost (stupid Sheuring exit was closed), I went down a one way street like a two way street (almost got killed), and couldn't find a parking spot even though I coudl've parked right next to the Kiss truck (at the end, I finally found it!). But after all that, it was really awesome. I was hanging out with Ron Stevens (coolest guy!) and Tanya (awesome girl!) just working the booth which was pretty fun like always. Plinko can be pretty sweet if you didn't think so. And then at like 645ish, I got to meet Skillet! It was awesome! Even though I'm not a huge fan about the whole God thing, It was cool. There was even a Christian rapper. I had to laugh, because it was completely out of the ordinary. And the Superchick played the hits like "One Girl Revolution" and "Stand in the Rain". then they had this huge speech how the society is terrible and making girls want to be annerxic and stuff and read skripture and stuff, which was when i went to the bathroom for a long time, then Skillet finally came on! Thank god! And there was fire and everything. I like their new drummer now better than their old one. Their new drummer can sing and is featured in songs like "Looking for Angels" and "Monster". So it was cool to hear her part of the songs like "rebirthing" and comatose". The conert ended at like 11ish and I still had to drive back to Green Bay. But this is what I love about my internship! :)
TYING THE NOT!
Definately a weird crazy experience. There were at least 5 couples competeing to win this moch wedding. It was a fundraiser for the Fox Valley Emergency Homeless Shelter. So everything was for a good cause. It was held at Venue, in Appleton, and I was really impressed with the place. Like it looked super modern and almost like a high-class club. There was a couple that was a suspicious spy, hick, photographer, international, and even someone who was a cowboy. It was really funny to see all these people act like their different out of the ordinary people. Me, Dayton, and Tanya were working the plinko board and taking pictures like always and mingling. Then Doug and Mary came in and we had a couples game show. The questions varied from number of shoes to the awkward how many times you have sex.. So yeah. But everything was so funny. I really hope Dayton lets me help out at the actual wedding! I'll give more details when it comes close to the event!
Well What Not to Wear on TLC is on right now, So I really gotta go!
PEACE OUT A-TOWN! :) HOLLLLLLLLLLLA!

Sup, y'all!
If you haven't figured out already, I'm Amy! There's really nothing much to be besides a huge love for music, very outgoing, and can even make you laugh when you want to cry. I'm a senior in highschool at Ashwaubenon High School in Green Bay. I'm a youngin' but don't let that fool you. I'm pretty wise for my age, haha. But I'm just here to get a feel for the radio biz and help get my friends involved too. So far, I'm having an absolute blast. Everyone here is pretty ballin' and of course, the music is Greaaat! But being an intern isn't what I expected, in a good way, of course. It includes many adventures, and memorable experiences, that I will.. definately be filling you guys in later. PEACE OUT KIDS!
P.S. Don't hate me for my lame "Ryan Seacrest" clincher. :)
